Challenge:

Drive sign-ups for a new learning platform for Failte Ireland, Ireland's national tourism development authority; with no paid media budget and an untapped audience of more than 3.5K diverse tourism businesses. 

Solution: 

A series of 33 social micro-learning videos around the key pain topics identified through focus group interviews and work with B2B marketing influencers. 

What I did:

Managing the project from start to finish; creative concept ideation; video script writing; talent sourcing and management; focus group interviews (B2B business owners); on-site production support; client management.

Finalist of the National Digital Awards in 2 categories: Best Marketing Campaign and Digital Impact

Project: An in-depth feature article on the importance of CSR for small business owners. ​

Intro: The definition of business success goes beyond profitability, growth rate and brand recognition. In today’s world, customers, employees and other stakeholders judge a company by how its activity impacts the community, economy, environment and society at large. In other words, by whether it cares about the greater good and not only greater profit. Corporate social responsibility practices are a way to demonstrate your business’s stance on the matter.

Project: An in-depth feature article defining Peter Drucker's ethical management theory and how small business owners can implement its principles in their companies. ​

Intro: Peter Drucker is an influential Austrian-American author, mentor and consultant who is considered the father of modern business management. His innovative thinking has revolutionized today’s theory of business and transformed it into an actionable and ethical discipline used by progressive business leaders worldwide. At the core of his approach to management lies the idea that to succeed, businesses need to put the development and well-being of their people (rather than just the bottom line) first.

The Butterfly Effect (Jurassic Park flashbacks, anyone?) is a part of the Chaos Theory that suggests that small, almost imperceptible changes in one part of a complex system can produce huge, unexpected results elsewhere. And, if anything can be said about the world of sales, is that it is 1. complex and 2. chaotic. So how do you go about it?

Brand matters. It's about the story and the message, the tone and the voice, the do's and don'ts, and, most importantly, the why's.

OnePageCRM was launching a new three-tier pricing model. It came with several amazing new features but also higher costs for the users.
